We invest in early-stage companies providing solutions to the climate crisis through disruptive science, sustainable products and technology, or rapid solution scaling. We are invest across three climate tech verticals:

• Decarbonization (incl. energy, transportation, built environment, industry, resource efficiency, and food & agriculture)

• Carbon removal (incl. carbon capture & storage, carbon utilization, and carbon markets)

• Adaptation & resilience (incl. climate risk & insurance, ecosystem resilience, and water management)

We look for scalable businesses with scalable impact. Next to an attractive business model, your startup needs to have a quantifiable impact in greenhouse gas emission reduction or carbon removal. Moreover, you are ideally based in Europe.

Typically we invest from Pre-seed to Seed with initial tickets ranging from CHF 0.3 to 1.0m. we also invest in follow-up rounds with up to CHF 2.0m. We can lead rounds but do not have to do so.

We're entrepreneurs and backed by entrepreneurial investors, who understand the challenges of building a company and scaling it.

Through our network, we provide our startups with knowledge and hands-on support as well as access to industry experts, scientists, mission-aligned investors, and other relevant stakeholders within our Überfamily.

We're interested in long-term success – structured as an evergreen fund, we do not depend on fund cycles and do not have to force our startups into a quick exit.
